Our Hall can accommodate 172 people comfortably, including a large dance floor and full bar.
Hall Rental Fee is $300.00 which includes bartender, linen, set up. There is a $100.00 cleaning and security deposit that will be returned one week after the event if hall is left undamaged. The fee must be paid in full when the contract is signed and name will be added to the book. In the event of cancellation of the event, a cancellation fee will be charged. If the event is cancelled 4 weeks or more prior to the date of the event the renter will be reimbursed $125.00. If the event is cancelled within 4 weeks of the event the renter will be reimbursed $50.00 plus the return of the deposit
Hall Rental is for 5 Hours. The cost for additional time is $50 per hour and is at the discretion of the Bartender.
We have full kitchen and serving capabilities.There is a $100.00 charge to use the kitchen which will be charged to the renter. A security deposit of $100.00 will also be required for use of the kitchen. If the kitchen is left in a clean and orderly condition the renter will be reimbursed the full security deposit of $100.00. If any costs are incurred for cleaning the kitchen after the event the amount incurred will be deducted from the Security Deposit with the remaining amount, if any, returned to the renter.
We are fully handicap accessible complete with chair lift.
